We will be taking part in the above exhibition. The private view is @ 3pm to 5pm on Saturday 30th August. If you would like a ticket let us know and we will sent it to you.
We will also be stewarding on Friday 29th August and Monday 8th September
The Samphire Art Group was originally formed in 1999. The work of the 16 artists is varied and covers different disciplines from representational to abstract works.
The Artists will be manifesting their excitement and skill for their subject by demonstrating their work in progress in the gallery intermittently during the exhibition, including sculpture, drawing and painting.

OPEN '08'
An exhibition of works by Kent artists is on display at the Charlton Art Centre in Dover from 17 June to 11 July.
White Nave, the curators of the show, invited participating artists and visiting public to chat over a cup of tea at their 'Kentish Tea Party' on Saturday 21st June to celebrate the Open '08' Exhibition. There were also a selection of delicious home-made artist-made cakes to savour during the afternoon.

Sue Manton - Watercolour Artist
I paint from my studio in East Kent and draw my inspiration from the beautiful buildings around the area and the lovely flowers in my garden. More recently, I have created beach scenes from the Deal and Dover coasts.
Limited edition prints are available for sale from my site - as are greeting cards printed from my paintings.
Mike Tedder SEOS Open Studio 2008
South East Open Studios begins this coming weekend and I will be having an open house on Sunday the 8th of June. You will be most welcome to come along to view some of my latest projects under development, browse a variety of artwork, and chat while sharing a coffee or glass of wine. The WCCG Summer Exhibition

Margate Rocks 2008

SEAS and WCCG members exhibited their artwork at the super Margate Rocks Festival on Saturday May 3rd in the High Street, Margate. The colouful market, street events, and varied exhibitions were all bathed in warm sunshine, which helped to create a wonderful atmosphere and an enjoyable day out. There are many events and live music as part of Art and Ecology festival, which continues until Sunday 11th May. All events are free unless specified.
